The Yamas told us last week how to treat the world. Today we're starting on the second limb of the 8 limbs: the Niyamas, which tell us how to turn inward and treat ourselves. We'll discuss what the 5 Niyamas are, and then we'll talk about the first two: Saucha and Santosha.

According to Patanjali, there are 5 Yamas: Ahimsa, Satya, Asteya, Brahmacharya, and Aparigraha. Today, we get into the first two: Ahimsa and Satya.
