Whoa! Welcome to the first episode in Season 2, which will be entirely devoted to Patanjali's 8 Limbs! In this episode, we're starting in on the first limb, the Yamas. According to Patanjali, there are 5 Yamas: Ahimsa, Satya, Asteya, Brahmacharya, and Aparigraha. Today, we get into the first two: Ahimsa and Satya.
