Episode 15 - WTF Are the Yoga Sutras?

YogaSutras.jpg

Get yourself a cup of coffee (or tea if you're a better person than we are), put on your thinking beanie, and tune in as we leap even deeper into Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.

We're also stoked to announce that we are now on Stitcher! Download the app at https://www.stitcher.com/

Show Notes:

We found this gem online which breaks the yoga sutras into the chapters we spoke about. Then it gives you the original Sanskrit sutra in the Devanāgarī alphabet, the phonetical pronunciation in the Latin alphabet, and the English translation.
